For Brandon Wooley, owner of Capital Mortgage Solutions, he is the business.
“As a business owner, you are the business 24 hours a day seven days a week,” Wooley said. Opening up shop in his basement in December 2008, Wooley claimed all of the responsibilitiesfor himself.
Nearly four years later, Wooley, has started passing off some of his hats to his employees; a step he says will benefit the future growth of his company.
With high hopes of expanding Capital Mortgage Solutions, Wooley recognizes that business is a fluid process, meaning his business model must adapt to efficiently serve the needs of his community.
Constantly changing “the perfect loan process” is essential to the loan process and it is what sets Capital Mortgage Solutions apart from Wooley’s competitors, he said.
After opening his doors in 2008, Capital Mortgage Solutions has consistently grown each year because of Wooley’s desire to take his business to the next level.
